It's been a long time since I've introduced myself. Why do I post daily? What do I write about? How can you find my content? Here goes.

Why and what I write

I write to hone my writing, clarify my thoughts, and keep myself up to date. It's been almost two decades since I fell into writing, but there's always room to improve.

I write broadly on technology, though I do focus on AI and data centres, cybersecurity, sustainability, enterprise IT, and gadgets. If you must know, these are the topics that I am most passionate about.

The daily discipline matters. Writing every day forces me to stay current, think critically about what's happening, and develop a point of view. It's not about having something profound to say every single day but about maintaining the habit that leads to better thinking.

What you can expect from me

Everything I post is written by typing it out. I use AI to help, though only to speed up certain types of research, validate details, and check for errors. Why? Because I respect your time and this is the only way to produce the best quality posts possible.

It also means I don't post inane stuff, I don't "rewrite" my posts, I give credit where it's due, and I only write on things I can add to.

If you've liked what I've posted in the past, you might have noticed I slice out the fluff, add relevant background and insights, and try to frame things using a different lens. I also take the effort to ensure everything is easy to read by non-technical readers, yet of value even for experts. The idea is you finish reading before you realise it.

Getting my content

How can you find my content? Glad you asked.

  • LinkedIn daily posts - You can follow me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulmah/. To see more of my posts, click on the bell and select "all" to get LinkedIn to inform you.
  • WhatsApp Channel - I've just set up a WhatsApp Channel. Link to my latest updates is shared there the moment I post. Join here: go.techstories.co/WhatsApp
  • Tech Stories Blog - Prefer a blog-like experience? This site, www.techstories.co is just the site for you. Tip: Use the search feature to find relevant news - I use it all the time.
  • Weekly Newsletter - Prefer a digest of my stories at the end of the week? Sign up for my weekly newsletter. It comes with commentary I don't post anywhere else. Sign up here: www.techstories.co/updates
  • ClearlyTech SubStack - I restarted my SubStack last month. It contains full-length stories that go into more detail on a specific topic each week. You can follow by visiting: www.clearlytech.co

The fragmented media landscape means your audience is everywhere. Rather than pick one platform and hope people find you, I've learned it's better to meet readers where they already are.

Of course, you are more than welcome to join more than one of the above platforms - or all of them.
